Faridamin has been documenting urban scenes since 2005. In her current street-based photography project, she is exploring the concept of time, space and place in the urban environment. The role of walking and how it can shape an understanding of the city is one of the key themes of Faridamin's work. She believes that street as a public place with its architectural and material fabrics that people are in contact with constantly can be an important source of information about social life and everyday life of people.
